    1. Mr. Rahm Emanuel belongs on the list. His “issues” did not raise as much press because his post does not require confirmation, but for sure

    Rahm gets bonus points since he was also on the Board of Directors of Freddie Mac during a giant accounting scam, but still milked the org. for millions personally.

    2. This one’s a little more iffy…it’s not outright cheating, but exploitation of creative loopholes to avoid paying local property taxes. Per the USA Today, Pelosi/Bayh/Emanuel have a nice little scam going where they avoid paying local taxes by declaring themselves charities (Why do we bail out states when our own congress exploits loopholes like this?)

    I’m thinking that Obama might just have some back tax issues as well… I mean he refused to divulge his earnings during the campaign, and he put Good Buddy Tim, “Turbo-Tax” Geithner in at the head of the Treasury overseeing the IRS. Say you don’t suppose?
